Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged parcels
Please checking your parcel if in good condition upon reception and refuse to sign parcel or report local logistics if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong parcels, and contact us immediately and send us damaged report from local logistics so that we can evaluate the issue and apply for you solution with your official damaged report with our local logistics
Defective items
If any item defective like tastes wrong , not works or wrong item , pls shot videos of each item for our quality controller checking to apply you solutions (video must show out the problem point and completed the whole process )
Customs policy
For some countries and regions that are prohibited from import by law or local policy, please place orders carefully, if the goods are confiscated by the customs due to local laws policy, we will not be responsible. please make sure you can import the vape, If you are not sure your country is legal to purchase, pls contact us , we are with rich experience.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
